Description:

This class is being held through the State Water Boards Training Academy and is only open to Water Board staff. Your training instructors will be Sarah Pearce (Geomorphologist, San Francisco Estuary Institute, member of the Level 2 Committee) and Rebecca Payne (former Senior Wetland and Mitigation Biologist, California Department of Transportation). The classroom portion of the session will be held at a location TBD in Sacramento. The field portion will be held at various wetlands in the area, primarily in Roseville. Please plan on carpooling with other participants to field sites.

This class is being held through the State Water Board's Training Academy, and is primarily intended for Water Board staff.

Field Equipment: 
Participants will need appropriate footwear (knee boots and chest waders) and field clothing.
