Description:

This class is being held through the State Water Boards Training Academy and is only open to Water Board staff. Your training instructors will be Cliff Harvey (Environmental Scientist, State Water Resources Control Board, Chair of the Level 2 Committee of the California Wetlands Monitoring Workgroup) and Sarah Pearce (Geomorphologist, San Francisco Estuary Institute, member of the Level 2 Committee). The classroom portion of the session will be held at a location TBD in Riverside. The field portion will be held at two wetlands in the area. Please plan on carpooling with other participants to field sites.

This class is being held through the State Water Board's Training Academy, and is primarily intended for Water Board staff.

Field Equipment: 
Participants will need appropriate footwear (rubber knee boots and field shoes (e.g. hiking boots)) and field clothing.
